Our non-profit agency was founded in 1979 and focuses on independent living for people of all ages. From home health care for senior citizens to early learning for young children, we work with people in all stages of life. Every service we provide is designed to enhance your well-being and ability to live independently.
We offer many services including support for those with disabilities and employment enhancement work services through the Alaska Temporary Assistance Program.
We provide Care-A-Van, door to door service for seniors and those with disabilities. The RIDE, scheduled bus service with three routes.
For infants and toddlers to age 3, screenings to evaluate and assist with development, hearing, vision, speech, physical progress, and mental wellness
At Center for Community we make sure your elderly loved ones are treated with respect and care. We will help with chores, errands, and personal care to maintain independence.
